Lago di Como, the lake that paints the most beautiful postcard images one can dream of. Alpine mountains with white snow-capped peaks in the background, charming villages lining the lake like pearls on a necklace, creating the most beautiful frames along the water. Historical buildings and villas with gardens that can take your breath away. It's no wonder Lake Como is called the pearl of Northern Italy.

We visited the towns of Bellagio and Varenna, and the Mandarin Oriental hotel located near the village of Blevio. Here, we treated ourselves to a taste experience with a five-course Easter dinner. This Easter, 2024, posed some trouble for us due to very bad weather. We were unable to carry out our plans to visit the various places we had planned. Our days alternated between heavy rain, light rain, hail, thick fog, and mist. But fortunately, we stayed in an incredibly lovely villa that made our stay extra enjoyable.
